CHRIS HICKOX
Co-Founder
Chris Hickox is an accomplished law enforcement professional with a track record spanning over 27 years. With 24 years dedicated to SWAT operations, he brings a wealth of tactical expertise. Having participated in over 2000 SWAT operations, Chris has honed his skills in high-pressure situations, ensuring successful outcomes time and again. As an instructor for more than two decades, he has shared his knowledge and expertise, shaping the next generation of law enforcement officers.
DICKIE SAITO
Co-Founder
Dickie Saito is assigned to SWAT for a large Florida law enforcement agency. He is a sergeant and Team Leader for both an entry element and the sniper team. Dickie has participated in over 1300 tactical operations and is also assigned to the USMS Fugitive Task Force. He is a certified less-lethal munitions and flashbang instructor, firearms instructor and rappel master.
