As 2020 comes to a close, I think we can all agree that the end cannot come soon enough. To say this past year has been challenging has become a cliche with all the struggles, fears and challenges to overcome.
We at Cadre have been fortunate. While the year was indeed hard, we managed to stay busier than ever. Our curriculum opened up to include Active Killer training, based on our real-world experiences. The Advanced SWAT and Hostage Rescue programs flourished with no signs of slowing as we move into 2021.
We are looking forward to building new relationships with law enforcement officers near and far. Our primary jobs in SWAT still remain the priority for us but we hope to offer even more courses next year as we expand our instructor cadre.
