一、學院簡介

學院位于海口市桂林洋高校區，距離海邊約5公裡，距離美蘭機場約7公裡，距離市區約22公裡。學院占地1032畝（69 公頃），教學、生活設施完善，設有圖書館、體育館、大型操場、排球場、籃球場、遊泳池、超市、醫療及銀行服務；校内環境優美，繁華綠草，景色宜人，為全校師生提供良好的學習、工作和生活的環境。
學院現有在校學生14300多人，國際留學生160餘名，現有教職工783人。有來自美國、英國、俄羅斯、日本、韓國、埃及等國家的外籍教師常年在校執教。
學院注重參與國際間的交流與合作，具備招收國際學生的資質，每年有來自俄羅斯、巴基斯坦、孟加拉、韓國、加納等國家的國際學生約200名。

三、收費标準
（一）學費
專科學曆生：10000 元/年
（二）住宿費
學生宿舍（二人間）：5000/床/年
學生宿舍（四人間）：1450/床/年
學生宿舍（六人間）：1050/床/年
（請注意：學校寒暑假期間，不提供住宿）
（三）其它費用：
教材、體檢、保險、簽證等按實際收費标準由學生自行向相關部門繳納。
四、申請流程
1.登陸beat365國際學生申請系統（網址：http://isa.hceb.edu.cn/），注冊賬号。進入首頁後點擊“開始申請（START APPLICATION）”根據系統提示按要求正确填寫個人信息、上傳申請材料并完成申請。
申請材料包括：
- 學生本人護照（含所有的簽證頁）
- 兩封推薦信（學校或教師推薦，有校長或教師簽字并蓋章）
- 本人最後學曆畢業證複印件
- 本人最後學曆畢業證公證書
- 本人最後學曆成績單複印件
- 無犯罪證明
- 體檢報告
- 來華學習計劃書（手寫）
- HSK 證書（如有）
- 獎學金申請表（申請系統中下載）
- 中英文自我介紹視頻（上傳申請系統）
請注意：
申請海南省政府獎學金或者我校校級獎學金的學生需提供HSK等級證書：
海南省政府獎學金生：HSK三級或以上
我校校級獎學金生：HSK二級或以上
2.申請流程基本在系統上完成。beat365在收到學生申請後予以審核，如符合錄取要求，學院将于一個月左右向被錄取者發送《預錄取通知書》，學生繳費後學院發送《錄取通知書》。至此申請環節結束。
3.報名結束後，學院上傳全國來華系統進行前置審核，審核通過者，學院将發送《錄取通知書》；并制作相關材料上報教育廳及外事辦，制成JW202表及其他錄取材料。被錄取者可持我院簽發的《錄取通知書》和《外國留學人員來華簽證申請表》等相關材料到本人所在國的中國大使館或領事館辦理來華學習"X1"簽證。
4.被錄取的學生須在《錄取通知書》規定的報到時間内，持《錄取通知書》和《外國留學人員來華簽證申請表》原件到學院國際學院報到。無故不按時報到者即取消其入學資格，因特殊情況不能在規定日期内報到者，要事先與學院取得聯系，獲準後方可延期入學。

HCEB INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS ADMISSIONS GUIDE
I. An Introduction to HCEB
Founded in 1984, Hainan College of Economics and Business (HCEB) is a national public institution of vocational education in China. According to the Chinese National Rankings of Vocational Colleges, HCEB was ranked the 87th among a total of 1480 colleges in 2021. HCEB has also been awarded as one of the “Top 100 Colleges in China”, “Most Charming Campus in China”, “One of the Top 50 Colleges in Career Employments Service in China”, etc.
HCEB is located in Guilinyang District in Haikou, the capital city of Hainan Province. This beautiful coastal city is only minutes away from the seaside, and the school campus is also right near the Meilan International Airport. This is the major airport on Hainan island that is responsible for transporting and welcoming over thousands of passengers and tourists on a daily basis.
Resting upon 69 hectares of tropical land filled with exotic flowers and endless greeneries, the school also makes sure that all students and teachers are fully equipped with modern established facilities, such as the grand library, multileveled and architectural designed teaching buildings, multiple dining halls serving at different hours with countless food choices, various sports halls and gyms with designated space for all kinds of sports, and of course, to make better use of the tropical environment of Hainan, the school has fully established outdoor fields for sports like basketball, volleyball, badminton, ping pong, tennis, and even an outdoor swimming pool along with two professional track fields. On top of all the school facilities, the nearby community has been specially built and put to use for providing the best service and convenience for all the students at HCEB. Within the community area, students will find themselves surrounded by supermarkets, shops for various living and studying necessities, a wide selection of food stands and restaurants, and even a bank and hospital in case of any emergency needs.
The campus accommodates nearly 14,300 Chinese students and more than 160 international students. The school has an employment of 783 full-time teachers, along with experienced foreign teachers under annual employment from the United States, Britain, Russia, Japan, Korea and other countries.
The College of International Education within HCEB was established for the purpose of continuous international exchange and cooperation, thus providing personalized opportunities in study abroad programs to China for about 200 international students from Russia, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Korea, Ghana and other countries on an annual basis. Within the Talent Cultivation Program provided by HCEB, there are specific and personalized Chinese language training courses for all international students. These Chinese Language classes go hand in hand with vocational training to help provide an in depth and valuable study abroad experience for all international students.

. Has earned the equivalence to a Chinese high school diploma
. Is interested in the Chinese language and culture
. Demonstrate good physical and mental health consistent with the demands of the university program
. Clear of any criminal record
. Equipped with a proficient level of communication skills in both Chinese and or English

III. Charges
1. Tuition fees:
International students: 10000 Yuan/year
2. Accommodation fees:
. Student Accommodation A (two-bedroom): 5000/bed/year

Please note that accommodation will not be available during the school’s official summer and winter breaks.
3. Additional Fees:
Any occurred expenses through textbooks, medical examination, insurance, visa, etc. shall be paid by the students based on individual needs

- Click the "START APPLICATION" button on the application page and fill in your personal information
- Complete the application process by uploading the completed application form along with any additional materials
- Application Materials (please upload all materials to the application portal)

②Two letters of recommendation (signed and certified letters from original schools/teachers)
③Copies of both the certificate and the grade report from senior high school (All copies need to be notarized and translated into either English or Chinese)
④Student identification proof or most recent Graduation Certificate (needs to be notarized and translated into either English or Chinese)
⑤Police clearance certificate (needs to be notarized and translated into either English or Chinese)
⑥Physical examination report
⑦Personal study plan (handwritten by the applicant in either English or Chinese)
⑧HSK Certificate (if applicable) *
⑨Scholarship application form (can be downloaded from the HCEB application system)
⑩Self-introduction video in Chinese or English
*Please note that any student applying for the Hainan Provincial Government Scholarship or the HCEB Scholarships will be required to provide a HSK Certificate

HCEB Scholarship:
Must be HSK Level 2 or above
- Application Review Process
- The admissions board for the College of International Education at HCEB will initiate the application review process within one month of receiving the completed application form as well as any additional materials
- A pre audit process will be carried out on all of the submitted materials by the applicant to ensure the validity of the admission materials and application review process
- After a careful review, a Pre-Admission Notice will be sent out to any qualified applicants
- All accepted applicants will be expected to make full payments for the Talents Cultivation Program after receiving the Pre-Admission Notice
- An official Admission Letter will be sent out to notify the accepted applicants within four to six weeks of receiving the application form (after all payments have been made)
- Along with the Admissions Letter, the applicant will also receive the Visa Application Form for Foreign Students Studying in China (JW202) to apply for a student visa
- Accepting Your Offer
- After accepting and confirming his or her place within the Talent Cultivation Program, the applicant is expected to initiate the application process for a student visa
- The applicant is responsible in applying for a Chinese Visa through the Consulate or Embassy of the People’s Republic of China within his or her home country
- Remember to bring a valid passport, an original copy of HCEB’s Admission Letter, a valid and original physical examination record, as well as the Visa Application Form for Foreign Students Studying in China (JW202) to the visa application site
- All accepted applicants shall report to the College of International Education of HCEB with the original copy of the Acceptance Letter as well as the JW202 form within the reporting time period as specified in the Acceptance Letter, any delay or missing of the reporting deadline without reason will result in the cancellation of the acceptance status
- If the applicant is unable to report to the university within the specified period due to any circumstances, please notify the College of International Education at HCEB in advance of the postponement
